City Committee Council Policy C102

In 2025, the Community Support & Accessibility Committee proposes to meeting up to four times a year; meetings are scheduled for February, May, September and November in 2025.

The mandate of the Committee is to:

a)  Build relationships, enhance dialogue and information sharing between Council and community organizations who provide support services to Pitt Meadows residents;

b)  Advise the City on the identification, removal and prevention of barriers for persons with disabilities; and

c)  Advise the City on the development and update of its Accessibility Plan.

Quorum for this commitee is established as more than 50% of voting members.
